Mileage TraXX simplifies tracking mileage to and from a particular location. It also allows you to track the purpose of your trip, when you started the trip, when you finished the trip, and the mileage rate you get for going to and from that location. This app was built for property management personnel but can be used for many other jobs and just general everyday personal use. This app will benefit realtors, drivers, delivery personnel and anyone else that needs to track this type of information.
The app comes with a reporting feature where you can enter a time span (flexibly built) and it will show you a monthly summary by property with a grand total owed to you for your trips. From the reports summary page you can click on a property and it will go to the property detail page and break down all of the trips you made to that property with the purpose of the trip, end date of the trip, mileage and money owed. You can then click on each trip and it will bring you to a screen where you can look at the details for that particular trip.
The app comes with a pre-populated list of reasons you may have travelled to a property but also allows you to add, change, and delete the reasons based on what you need.
You are able to enter the address of each property along with the rate you get for travel to that property. If you do not need to track the mileage rate you can just enter 0 and then just use the mileage and trip purpose features. You will be able to add new properties at any time, change property information, and delete properties you no longer need.
The data for your app exists on your phone and personal iCloud so you will never be without your data due to inability to connect with an external database ( cellular data or wifi issues ). Your data always remain private to you and the app does not gather/monitor any details about your personal use of this app.
